Shipping cost
Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend. Every parcel is tracked from dispatch to your door.
Processing and delivery
- Processing: 1–3 business days to pack and dispatch your order.
- Delivery: 7–12 business days after dispatch, so 8–15 business days from order to door.
- Tracking: your tracking link arrives by email as soon as the order ships.
Business days are Monday to Friday, not counting public holidays. Busy seasons and bad weather can add a few days; your tracking link always shows where the parcel is.
Our products ship direct from our fulfilment partners, which keeps prices fair. It also means one order can arrive in more than one parcel, each with its own tracking link.
Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States, Canada and Australia. If your country isn’t offered at checkout, write to us and we’ll tell you straight whether we can get an order to you.
Customs and import fees
Import duties or taxes may apply, depending on your country and how your parcel is shipped. If any are due, the carrier will contact you before delivery. These charges are set by your local customs office and aren’t included in our prices.
Late or missing parcels
If your tracking hasn’t moved for 7 days, or it says delivered and you can’t find the parcel, write to us. We’ll chase it with the carrier and keep you updated until it’s sorted.
